Kawasaki on local development: not incubators, not subsidies, just hire the best engineering professors, have the best university. Send your people to Silicon Valley to see what's possible, and then bring them back. Let them go, don't try to keep them here, they'll never know what can be done. They'll change the world and do it here, in Quebec City.
