Religion d'Etat

Qu'importe est-elle, la religion est à mon avis une conception de la vie pour êtres serviles. Par contre, libre à chacun d'en épouser une et la pratiquer, sans que toutefois elle n'interfère dans la société civile et politique. Par exemple, tout tribunal basé sur la religion est à proscrire. Rappelez-vous la charia ontarienne... Bref, un truc personnel. Quant à moi, je suis une brebis galeuse. De plus, je frise.

En Ouzbékistan, ancienne république soviétique, on pousse à l'extrême le rejet religieux avec une approche totalitaire à défriser un agnostique :

« Uzbekistan is proposing to impose massive fines and to imprison leaders of religious communities, if members of those communities share their beliefs with others [...] The state Religious Affairs Committee told the religious leaders that they and their clergy must stop their members and those who regularly attend places of worship from sharing their beliefs with anyone except in places of worship [...] If anyone does share their beliefs outside places of worship, it is proposed that they be fined between 200 and 600 times the minimum monthly salary [...] If anyone shares their beliefs outside a place of worship again, after being fined, [...] the Religious Affairs Committee proposes that they – and the leader of their religious community – be jailed for between three and eight years. » (Harsh Punishments Proposed for Religious Speech, Transitions Online)
